Help me write this story. My pitch below

Here's my pitch for my story:

a young girl meek girl named Tanya after an accident she gains telepathic abilities. The minds of other people around her start to into her own their overwhelming voices visions of their past invade her present. Her reality is clogged and couldn't escape till she met a girl named Omega she looked and sounded like Tanya but was much more chipper and confident. She teaches Tanya how to block out the noise around her and drags her deeper into her own messed up past it is revealed that Tanya was an experiment a government one and the horrific trials they put her through are forcefully shown to her. Throughout all of this glimpses of reality are shown it appears Tanya was walking somewhere a destination she didn't know until she arrived. It was the facility Tanya experiment on and Omega brought her here to kill every last one of them Tanya tries to stop her but couldn't a Mexican stomp until they reached the scientist that did the most damage to Tanya. Let her choose his fate. She talks to the scientist trying to get him apologize or at least be any amount of regretful. But he isn't and justifies everything he's done under scientific approvement and world Peace by ultimate weapon. Near the end of his monologue he reveals he embedded a failsafe into her. He said a phrase that repeated in the memories she was shown. And her mind died omega takes control of her body and kills the scientist.
